i need a permit to sell stuff's a massage therapist an I'm an independent contractor for a company will I need a business license I'm a massage therapist an I'm an independent contractor for a company will I need a business license As a direct seller/MLM in Missouri, do I need a sales tax permit? The other states have a Distributor Agreement for direct sellers with my company, but I am not finding any information about Missouri, other than it seems to be required that they do. Do I pay sales tax to them & am also required and remit sales tax to MO a second time on the same items?
