Here's How to Get Your Seller's Permit and Other permits and Registrations You May Need. Seller's Permit, LLC, DBA, Licenses & Tax IDs Requirements:




First decide on a business structure E Cigarette as a Sole Proprietor, LLC/Corp, or Partnership.


Note that each structure requires a filing. E.g., selecting an LLC, requires at least an LLC certificate, an LLC operating agreement, a business license and a federal tax ID number.

  You will need to file an assumed business  name also called an trade business name or DBA which stands for "doing business as name".

You need a sellers permit, a business license and a DBA filing.  A sellers permit is required to buy your hair bows craft materials wholesale and sell retail  if you sell handmade hair bows  crafts merchandise wholesale or retail. 



If you are an employer, i.e., if you hire anyone to help you with handmade craft making, you will need a federal employer Number and a State Employer Number.
