First decide on a business structure Home Staging And Interior Re Design as a Sole Proprietor, LLC/Corp, or Partnership.

Home Staging And Interior Re Design Legal and Tax Business Structure Home Staging And Interior Re Design Whether your business is an online, home, store, concession stand or a mobile cart, you will have to first select from these business, tax entities: Namely, from sole owner/proprietor, partnership, LLC or corporation. It does not matter which one you choose when it comes to a General Home Staging And Interior Re Design Business License because all entities need that one.

  Online business operated from home need to obtain a home occupation business permit and a fictitious business name if a DBA fictitious name is used to conduct businesss.     If you sell anything hazardous such as chemicals you will need a special location for the merchandise.   Sometimes the county will ask for an inspection if you manufacture or store anything hazardous.   If you store a small amount of merchandise in your apartment it should be ok.   Make sure you do not have too many deliveries by truck to your home if this is a home business.  
I am an at home based business. Do at home businesses need tax IDs and or occupational licenses? Do internet businesses operated from home need to obtain permits and tax IDs? . Physical location business. What if my business is not located in the city limits?     There will be no hazardous merchandise in my home stored or made.   I will not store any merchandise in my home or apartment.   There will be no deliveries of merchandise to my home address.  
Home businesses need a business license as well as other tax registrations.Online businesses operated from home need a business permit and all other licensing as any other business.

I currently own Covered Wagon RV and Boat Storage and have a AZ tax ID # and am registered with the AZ Corporation Commission. What other licenses do I need to consign Boats and RV's?I'm starting a company in Idaho but want to file under a DBA what do I need to file to get started DBA.business license ein.? Shrink wrapping boats RVs etc I have a name that has nothing to do with the other company just the services are the same I just want to work under them for one year

 For a boat and rv business you need all licenses like any other business  including a resale license.

Hello im wondering if I need a seller's permit for an online store & the business license? And if I get the permit for Richmond va is that the only place I can sell?Hi I sell spices and I see you offer business license is it the one I need for the business license do I have to find what I need or its included in the price and what license is that. that im getting from here, I'll use my social number I want to obtain a Hawaii business license.
