Do I need a sellers license if I am selling wholesale on E bay ? Is It necessary? I just don't want to get into any trouble later on. If I wanted to travel to other US states and sell online from another state, would I n d a license for that state as well? Would the reseller permit be good for all 50 states if I traveled or only in my home state of Florida?
