Here's How to Get Your Seller's Permit and Other permits and Registrations You May Need. Seller's Permit, LLC, DBA, Licenses & Tax IDs Requirements:




First decide on a business structure Online Store as a Sole Proprietor, LLC/Corp, or Partnership.


Note that each structure requires a filing. E.g., selecting an LLC, requires at least an LLC certificate, an LLC operating agreement, a business license and a federal tax ID number.

All Online Store Businesses need a , Business tax registration also called an occupation business License

Selling/Leasing or if wanting to buy or sell Online Store merchandise, food, equipment requires a Seller's Permit.

 DO I NEED A SELLERS PERMIT FOR ZEBELLE WOMAN ONLINE STORE

A: The trade name "ZEBELLE WOMAN," must be registered with dba business name or, alternatively, form an llc or incorporate.  Then, a seller's permit is required if you sell Online Store merchandise wholesale or retail. 

Registering Your Own Online Store Small New Business

For example, you sell clothing from an online store. You will need a seller's permit.
The sellers permit is also called state ID, wholesale ID, resale ID, or re-seller license. 
If you are an employer, you will need a federal employer Number and a State Employer Number.
If you do business as a name other than your full legal name, for example, you do business as " Online Store Super Store," you will need to file a doing business as (DBA) filing. 
Finally, you have the option or incorporating or forming an  Online Store LLC. Setting up as one of these corporate entities allows you not to file a DBA.

ok, so how much would it cost me to use your service to do everything that I need for the business that we would like to name Victoria's Sweet Shoppe, here in McAllen, Texas?

It will also consist of selling cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, sweets and would like to also resale like candy bars. ok but if the business is my daughters and myself, who's SSN# will be used? Do I need all of this if the only thing my husband and I are doing is running errands?

Im looking to see if I do an DBA or LLC since the business will be mine and my daughter What do most cake/cupcake shops file under in the state of texas? Do they file LLC or DBA I dont have a "commercial location" yet, I am still looking at that, so I will have to use my home address in the meantime for all of this paperwork. Would that be ok?

In the future, I can update the address to the business location for commercial. Will there be a problem?

By county or by youhi i have a question about the type of license i need well i heard that there is a certine type of license that cost very little i don't want a LLC or Corp I have a corporation for my business already but I want a scrap gold buying license.

Is that the same as the corporation or different?
