Clinic Whether your business is an online, home, store, concession stand or a mobile cart, you will have to first select from these business, tax entities: Namely, from sole owner/proprietor, partnership, LLC or corporation. It does not matter which one you choose when it comes to a General Business License because all entities need that one.
