I am a fashion designer and I want to design my own t shirt brand and also have a clothing boutique where I can sell online and in person from anywhere what license would i need for an online clothing boutique?

In most cases, we can obtain it on the same day.  However, the average time is 3-5 business days before we can obtain the issued seller's permit certificate.
Normally, you need a temporary seller's permit to sell in another state.  Purchase the regular seller's permit service and make sure that you note when you check out that you want a temporary seller's permit.
