Finally, you have the option or incorporating or forming an LLC. Setting up as one of these corporate entities allows you not to file a DBA.

starting a catering business and need to purchase foods wholesale i need help finding out how to get vendors licenses.

I am doing small catering events all as I need is to be able to do very small parties all i need to know is what i need and how to find it to do small catering events do I need an off site catering license.

Can you explain the difference to me between sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, general partnerships, c corporations and s corporations ??

Do I need a permit to sell chips and sodas from home in San Antonio It's prepackaged snacks that I want to sell It's just for. Month.

I don't wana do it long term Interested in selling merchandise other than food; T shirts, hats, & very limited prepacked snacks such as bags of peanuts etc.
