If you do business as a name other than your full legal name, for example, you do business as "Cimrofost," you will need to file a doing business as (DBA) filing.
Finally, you have the option or incorporating or forming an LLC. Setting up as one of these corporate entities allows you not to file a DBA.

Is a local and state seller's permit needed to by and sale wholesale products?

Do I need a drop shipping permit if I have a business license?

I have a state business lic, a city business lic, a state sales tax license, can you explain what a drop ship permit is Am I required to have such license for operating services for computer repairs, upgrading, etc?
