Reseller's Permit / License
The term is used both for reseller's of others' merchandise or
services, as well as for retailers of tangible goods. A
Reseller's permit, also called a state sales tax id number, or
Resale tax number, is required for resellers of retail merchandise.
The reseller's permit is used to buy at wholesale (without paying
taxes to the wholesaler ). Then the reseller
collects taxes from the buyers of the merchandise and gives it to
