Liquidation Resales
I am a sole proprietor. I buy liquidation auctions and resell online.I'm looking to buy liquidation merchandise to resell on a clothing app called Postmark.
What are the legalities of doing so? What type of permit do I have to have to buy from liquidation?want to buy wholesale liquidation truckloads and do resale.. assuming i need a sellers permit at most. i have zero employees just me and myself thats it. ok i wont need any EIN its just me and flea market sales only..

Is a vendors lisnece the same as a sellers permit? like i said, i sell new furniture, i buy in truck loads of whole sale furniture and sell for a discounted rate. i have a vendors licenses, a LLC and an EIN. I just need answered if i do need a sellers permit as well or if a vendors license is the same thing?!?!
