What do I do to obtain a seller's permit for a flea market in Columbia, Tn? I am not wonderful with computers on knowing what to do. Can I apply somewhere in Columbia to obtain my seller's permit? What is the cost, and what if we don't sell the whole season? When we lived in Fl.

We went to a place to get a tax license, and it only runs us. "I hate to pay a lot and then not sell the whole season. Would appreciate information you can send me via email.

Also, our printer does not work, so what do I do then?? Thank you for your time.

Hi Marylou, for online boutique as well as shoes, you will need a business license, a seller's permit and an EIN. You also need to register your business name with a DBA, LLC or corporation. You need the seller's permit because you need to collect sales tax for the sale of clothing and other materials.
